Hey loves. So, I was supposed to be a part of the Long Hair Academy growth challenge going on on Hairlista, like I posted here. However, after just one week, I've been expelled from the academy, lol. I forgot to respond to the discussion of the week, so I'm no longer an official member of the challenge. But I still think the rues and guidelines set up for the challenge are really great and can lead to healthier, longer hair when done consistently. So I just wanted to encourage you guys to try and incorporate the Long Hair Academy rules into your hair routines and see how it works for you. Let me know what your experiences are.
